Keeps the thumb in a neutral position. Made of high-density foam with a malleable metal frame in the forearm trough and wrist. Hook straps can be attached directly onto the fabric. Latex free. Much like the Progress Functional Resting Splint , except this splint allows for improved alignment of the thumb in a more neutral posture. Ideal for contractures due to Dupuytren, head injury, CVA or arthritic conditions. Thumb can be progressed from opposition/adduction to abduction/extension. Includes three straps with matching D-ring buckles and Velcro strap tabs. Measure width at MP joints to size. Medium fits 31/2in to 3 3/4in (8.9 to 9.5cm).
