Even after it has been stretched to make a circumferential splint, NCM Spectrum will regain nearly half its original size and thickness when reheated. Molded splints retain moderate flexibility. If stretched to make a circumferential splint, NCM Spectrum has sufficient flexibility to make donning and doffing easy while still retaining sufficient strength for immobilization.
