Provide pain relief to the thumb CMC joint, as described in the Journal of Hand Therapy. Designed for thumb CMC joint pain and instability due to osteoarthritis. Splint stabilizes the thumb CMC joint without impeding wrist or thumb MP motion. May be used with thumb CMC problems for rheumatoid arthritis, sprains and strains, and following thumb CMC arthroplasty.

Kit includes:

• (1) 1/8in (3.2mm) NCM Clinic® precut thermoplastic piece
• (1) 1in x 6in (2.5 x 15cm) white loop strap
• (1) 1in x 1-1/2in (2.5 x 3.8cm) piece of adhesive hook fastener
• (2) medium rapid rivets

Comprehensive fabrication instructions are included. All pieces are included in kit. Fits left or right hand. To size, measure the circumference at the MP joints. If a measurement falls between sizes, choose the larger size. Small: 6 to 7in (15 to 18cm) width at MP joints.
