As you are aware, we are living in some perilous times. In my entire 40-year career, I haven’t experienced such dramatic increases in cost of goods and inbound transportation as I have seen recently.

Over the last several months, we have been fielding price increase notifications from our manufacturers and suppliers. We have notified and adjusted prices for most all customers, with exception to our International Distributors. We have recently finished our work and are now prepared to send notification of our new International Distributor pricing.

Shortly, you will receive an Impact Analysis Report reflecting the changes in pricing as compared against your purchase quantities over the past 12-months. The effective date for new pricing is June 15th, 2022. Purchase orders received on or before June 14th, 2022 will continue to receive current pricing. Purchase orders received on or after June 15th, 2022 will be accepted only with the new pricing.

Please keep in mind, the pricing offered to our International Distributors is our most-favored pricing. We have always made our best prices available to you so you would be positioned to be competitive and successful. We continue with that philosophy.

Also, we will be relocating our USA west coast distribution center from Phoenix, Arizona to Seattle, Washington. We will cease shipments from Phoenix on Wednesday, May 11th and plan to resume west coast shipments from Seattle beginning Tuesday, May 17th. It will likely take several days of operation in Seattle to get “back to normal”.
