2022 Pricing Changes

Dear NCM Customer,

We are living in some perilous times. In my entire 40-year career, I haven’t experienced such dramatic increases in cost of goods and inbound transportation as I have seen recently.

Over the last several months, we have been fielding price increase notifications from our manufacturers and suppliers. Our company policy has always been that prices to our customers are subject to change, with or without notice. In our industry, those distributors who do participate with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO’s) may be confronted with some difficult decisions. Fortunately, we are not bound by contractual pricing agreements with our customers, thus we are able to continue to offer the products you desire. Of course, we strive to do our best to provide reasonable notification and accommodations and to be a good steward of our responsibilities.

North Coast is a dynamic company with multiple customer types; Medical Professional, Dealers & Resellers, International Distributors and Consumers. Any price increase will be shared by all our customer types.

In lieu of a formal price notification, we will allow for reasonable accommodations for our customers who experience unanticipated price increases. These accommodations are situational and temporary, allowing time to update pricing information on ordering platforms. Also, for those who ask, our Sales Administration Team can prepare and present an individualized Impact Analysis Report with all the changes that are pertinent to each customer, based on the previous 12-months of purchases.
