Two convenient sizes for a variety of applications

Both Model 1501 and Model 1502 splint pans feature a digital thermometer on the control panel. Hinged, insulated cover. Stainless steel tank is trimmed in tough black polycarbonate. All-brass drain system. Grounded hospital-grade plug and a high heat safety switch. Forma-Splint™ units are UL listed, C-UL listed, CE conforming and are warranted for one year against defective parts or manufacturing.
Model 1501 features a dual thermostat that is factory set at 175°F (high) and 160°F (low). Settings may be readjusted. Operating temperature is reached in only 90 minutes with 3" (7.6 cm) of cold water—even faster with less. This full size thermal bath with spacious stainless steel splint pan accommodates splinting sheets up to 24" x 18" (61 x 46cm). Tank interior is constructed of stainless steel, which heats evenly and resists corrosion.
The hinged and insulated stainless steel lid is functionally designed to open completely or one side only, with just one hand. The split lid helps decrease condensation and maintain constant water temperature. This design is ideal for hand splints, allowing access to half the pan.
Dual thermostatic controls that can be adjusted individually to conform to particular requirements. Dual independent heating elements for both settings provide quick warm up and automatically convert to a more efficient circuit once the working temperature is reached.

Model 1502’s compact design makes it universally ideal for clinical use, accommodating splinting sheets up to 19" x 11" (48 x 28cm). The variable thermostat maintains water at a controlled temperature between 150F° and 190°F (66° and 88°C).

In Stock: Standard shipping orders received before 5pm EST will ship the same day.

Out of Stock: Shipment times will vary, depending on expected arrival to our inventory. The typical wait time is just a few days. Orders with both in-stock and out-of-stock items will be shipped partial, with any out-of-stock items being back-ordered and shipped complete when all back-ordered items are available. Note: All freight and handling charges are calculated on the original order. Back-orders ship and invoice separately and will not be charged additional freight and handling.
Pending: We are not able to provide a reasonable expected date due to supply chain & other interruptions from the manufacturer. We will continue to accept orders for these items and fulfill them on a first-come, first-serve basis as inventory becomes available
Direct Ship: Direct-Ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. We place orders with the manufacturer within a few hours of receipt of your order. Shipping times will vary, depending on the efficiency of the individual manufacturer.
Special Order: Requires additional information such as delivery environment and service level in order to provide an accurate shipping cost and expected date of delivery from the manufacturer.
On Demand: Can be expected in 10-15 days. When orders are placed for these items, we will order them from the manufacture, and they will be included in our next incoming shipment. Once we receive your items, we will ship them to you from one of our two domestic warehouses. Note: We place orders with our vendors once a week, typically on Mondays.
