Resale Certificate or Tax Exempt Certificate

A recent change in federal law commonly known as the “Wayfair decision” has changed the way North Coast Medical and many companies have to collect sales tax. Due to this change, North Coast Medical is now required to collect tax on sales in most states. As a customer, you should expect to start seeing taxes charged on your orders. If, however, your order is intended for resale or you are tax exempt, there is an exception that will allow us to waive the tax on your order if the appropriate documentation is provided.

If this exception applies to you, please provide us with a current resale certificate for your state or your tax exempt certificate. If you do business in multiple states, please provide us with a resale certificate or tax exempt certificate form for each applicate state or a blanket certificate where available.
